    Surroundings were fine. The entertainment options were limited, and the beach shuttle had early return times that cut short our beach time. The dining experience was average with many dishes running out quickly.

    A gorgeous property, clean, great location in the bars or the terrace where you can drink. Amazing & neat rooms with a terrace, all the essentials plus a working shower. Best and caring staff throughout our stay. Plenty of options, outstanding food.

    The hotel has a nice design and the rooms are clean. The air conditioning worked well, a big plus during the hot days. The pool area is well-maintained, and there are plenty of sunbeds available. The staff I encountered were friendly and cute. The food options were quite limited. Breakfast was often lacking. Items like croissants ran out quickly. The quality of the food varied, and I found it lacking flavor. While the pool bar offered some decent snacks, overall, the dining experience left much to be desired. I often resorted to eating out to avoid the unappetizing options available. The entertainment was minimal, and the atmosphere felt quiet at times, less enjoyable for a family seeking activities. The location was decent, but the beach shuttle was not very convenient, as it had limited hours. There were more than enough negatives to note, especially regarding food and entertainment, but the beautiful design and cleanliness of the hotel were great. Improvements in dining offerings could make a significant difference .

    The hotel is a short walk from water planet aqua park and close to the vibrant alara grand bazaar. As a family with children, we really appreciated the clean and spacious family room, which suited our needs well.
